HYPERTENSION

Hypertension commonly said as increased bp

There many cause like food habits sedentary life style and stress factor

So we must alter our life style first to manage & control it

If your bp shoots up don't take medicine immediately especially allopathy. Check ur bp regular if its same for 3 or more times that to within 150/100 then initially start proper exercise and salt restrictions diet and have good sleep pattern. 90% case in beginning will be controlled with this.

Because once if you start allopathy drugs our natural process of maintaining pressure will get reduced our body will be only depending on drugs

So always follow diet restrictions of salt especially pickles,puppet,dried fish etc first. Consult a good homoeopath you can make your bp normal and postpone it or when it shoots up you can use after that. But once you start allopathy life long you are dependent on the drug and they will many other drugs without any complaints like for heart and cholesterol saying as precautions but they are dangerous

So be aware of HYPERTENSION IT'S A LIFE STYLE DISORDER NOT A DISEASE

"PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE"

so proper exercise, avoiding junk deep fried foods, proper sleep, keeping mind free from stress will always keep u away from bp.
