1. Eating restaurant food

2. Not eating breakfast

3. Not eating enough fruits and vegetables

4. Adding too much salt,sugar

5. Having just two meals per day

6. Eating while walking or working even watching tv

7. Eating too quickly

8. Drinking tea/coffee on an empty stomach
